The Sikar Marathon follows a strict No-Refund policy. Once registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling.

Refund requests will only be considered under the following special circumstances:

• • Medical Emergencies: If a registered participant is unable to participate due to a serious medical condition, a partial refund may be considered upon submission of a valid medical certificate and supporting documents. The decision of the organizers will be final.
  • Bereavement: In the event of the death of a registered participant or an immediate family member, the organizers may consider a partial refund upon submission of relevant documentation.
  • Military Deployment: Registered participants who are active military personnel and are deployed during the time of the event may request a refund, subject to verification of deployment orders.

All refund requests under special circumstances must be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, to the marathon’s official email address at least 30 days before the event date. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
