Shipping Policy - Sikar Marathon
It’s important to note that registration processing times are separate from race kit distribution times.
All registrations are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your registration confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your registration is confirmed and instructions for race kit collection are available.
In case of a high volume of registrations or unforeseen delays beyond our control, communication will be made via email/SMS.
Domestic Race Kit Distribution
Race kits (bib number, T-shirt, and other inclusions) will not be shipped to your address. Instead, they must be collected from the official Sikar Marathon kit distribution center.
Race Kit Pickup Details:

Pickup Location: To be announced via official website/social media/email.

Pickup Timeline: Typically 2–3 days before the marathon date.

Requirements: Participants must bring valid ID proof and registration confirmation.
Uncollected race kits will not be shipped or refunded.
Local Delivery
Currently, local delivery is not available for Sikar Marathon race kits. All participants are required to collect their kits from the designated pickup center in Sikar.
In-Person Pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free in-person pickup at the official race kit distribution counters.

Your kit will be prepared and ready within the announced pickup schedule.

International Participants
International participants registering for Sikar Marathon must also collect their kits in person from the official pickup location. We do not offer international shipping for race kits.
Any travel, visa, or import requirements (if applicable for merchandise) are the responsibility of the participant.
